Start strong. Learn how to identify and sort premium cocoa beans — the base of every great chocolate.
Roasting
Time + temperature = flavor magic. Discover how the right roast brings out aroma, depth, and that rich chocolatey vibe we all crave.
Breaking & Winnowing
Crack it, clean it, and get pure nibs ready for the next stage — this is where the transformation truly begins.
Grinding & Conching
Turn those nibs into smooth, liquid gold. Learn how texture, flow, and flavor are developed during this phase — silky, balanced, and oh-so-satisfying.
Cocoa Butter & Powder Making
Go behind the scenes of how cocoa liquor is pressed into butter and powder — the key ingredients for endless chocolate creations.
Tempering
